By booking in advance, we can guarantee you’ll get your invitations back quickly even in peak times.

Calligraphy samples are free. Either send one of your invitations for us to write a sample, or ask us to pop a place card in the post so you can see the calligraphy.
Send us your guest list by email (in the body of an email or in a Word or Excel attachment) or by post if you prefer. Please make sure your guest names have been checked for spellings, and are exactly as you’d like them to be written (e.g. don’t write Mrs Jane Smith if you just want us to write Jane).
Please send some spare invitations, just in case. Ideally, around 5 spares for each 50 invitations to be written, if you can.
We offer a 10% discount off our invitation calligraphy service if you’ve bought your invitations from Cardlab or Xoxo - but please be sure to book early so we can fit you in!
