We use artist's mountboards as the basis for all table plans. They come in a wide range of colours from ice white to damson, pillar box red to pastel pink. We can write directly onto the board, or add layers in any colour card. We can even incorporate the handcrafted papers we use with our scroll invitations into the layering behind each table.
Our wedding table plans are all backed with lightweight 5mm foam board, which we use to keep your plan straight and stiff so you can stand it on your venue's easel or even propped on a table. Alternatively we can frame your plan (this costs an additional #45).
Ordering is nice and easy. Email us with your wedding date and number of guests (approximate numbers are fine). Give a brief description of your theme and ideas for the table plan, and we'll let you know what we can do for you! We'll give you a provisional work date for your order, and ask for a deposit so we can book you in. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. Then, a week or so before our work date, we'll need your final guest list and the rest of your payment. We'll make up your table plan and it will be in the post within a week!
Table plans for up to 50 guests are A2 (42 x 59cm), and table plans with more than 50 guests are A1 (59 x 84cm). You can choose to have your plan made in portrait or landscape orientation, with calligraphy and illustration in any colour you wish.
Remember we also supply handwritten table names and numbers, and place cards with calligraphy to co-ordinate your reception stationery.
